Harvest was a retail driven brand quickly scaling manufacturing & cultivation capabilities. With rapid expansion goals, the company needed a portfolio of insights driven brands and products to support both wholesale & owned channels in a complicated and highly regulated infrastructure while growing the heart of the retail business in a hyper growth state.
A top to bottom brand architecture, including the refresh of two legacy brands and complete launch of 4 new brands, was executed alongside price/ pack strategy reflecting individual state dynamics. The product portfolio consisted of over 250 SKUs, touching every major cannabis category.
Omnichannel nationwide retail campaigns were strategically executed during key cannabis timeframes, with the most successful campaign over 2x retail revenue while driving a new base of concentrates consumer in the door of a brand mainly known for its flower offerings.
