When the Founders of Flourish came to us with an ingredient and an idea of how they wanted food to feel again, we knew they had the opportunity to create a highly resonant product where principles and integrity came first. Einkorn, the original form of wheat, and the key ingredient in Flourish products, has an amazing story that we had the opportunity to build a brand, product, and compelling story around.

We worked with the Flourish team to craft that story in the form of a manifesto to educate consumers on the challenges with modern wheat and industrial agriculture and the solution: Einkorn. We then supported them with category research across 6 potential innovation categories, and once we honed in on the bakery category, helped them develop a product line and a loaf of bread that is truly unlike any other bread, made from REAL wheat, gluten-sensitive safe, only 4 ingredients (Einkorn, water, salt & yeast) and delicious. We are now helping the Flourish team figure out a sustainable supply chain, get preliminary consumer feedback and work to scale the business.
